Are you saying you sold an item more recently and didn't receive an email? Are you sure it sold?

The email notifications can be spotty and I personally don't use them at all, I just log in to my eBay account daily.
There's another technical issue that comes up from time and time with auction items not moving to sold correctly, this is why I am asking for the item number.
