Mentor2 years agoIt does not matter what your return policy is if the buyer is using the "Item not as described" reason. eBay gives the buyer 30 days from receipt to open the "Item not as described" case. Your return policy is only good for a Buyers Remorse reason (no longer want it, does not fit, etc.)
