My return was closed with out the seller sending me any information oh how to return the items
I bought batteries from eBay they didn’t hold up like I thought. and did a return the seller tried to give me 10 dollars I salad no thanks then the seller said 20 dollars off I declined then the seller said 45 off and I declined again . They never sent me any information for the return and today I see they closed my return any help will be greatly appreciated

open a paypal case or dispute the credit card charge if your appeal is denied
