My refund
Hello, I need help with a refund.
A few months ago I made a purchase on eBay using a physical eBay Gift Card.
The order was cancelled, but the refund did not return to my gift card balance.
I still have the physical gift card and I have the code available.
Please check the refund status and reapply the refunded amount back to the original gift card as eBay’s policy states that cancelled orders paid with gift cards must be refunded to the same gift card.
Please help me restore the balance to this gift card.
