My recent purchase
I just purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and it was supposed to get authenticated but it looks like it’s been shipped to me. Can someone please give me a call or clarify what’s going on

Mentor2 years ago@wahayawadeeyah If you have a PO box for shipping then the item is not authenticated and sent directly to you.
Otherwise if you receive an item that had the Authenticity Guarantee checkmark and it's not authenticated before being sent to you then you can return it for a full refund at the sellers expense.
Authenticity Guarantee is part of the description so the item would be returned using the reason doesn't match pictures or description.
Open a return with the reason doesn't match pictures or description.

You can contact eBay customer service in regards to this if you wish but they can't stop the package since it's already shipped.
