My REAL JORDAN 13 PURPLES purchased from NIKE failed inspection: HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??
I just got a message that my NIKE JORDAN 13 Court Purple 11.5 sneakers failed inspection from your Las Vegas "inspection" person. How is this possible when I purchased it directly from Nike, included the original box and have the original receipt, all of which were photocopied and included in the box?
How is it possible that Sellers cannot dispute failed authentic checks when the Authenticator is WRONG?
How come there is no way for me to see what exactly happened and why it failed? There has to be a way to tell sellers EXACTLY what the problem is: Was there a problem with the laces? The box? The bottom of the shoe? What?
Please let me know what I can do as a SELLER in this situation where My sneakers are now 7 days away from shipping, now its going to take 7 days to get sent back to me, and I get charged for doing nothing wrong!

Mentor11 months agoThis is just a guess. Your title states the following:
Air Jordan 13 Retro 'Black Flint' DJ5982-060 2023 Size 11 Authenticy GUARANTEED
Yet, in the Item Specifics, you show Silhouette Jordan 11 Black
The authenticators compare what you state in the description against the item itself.

OP11 months agoHi, you must be looking at the wrong listing. I am not showing "SILHOUETTE JORDAN 11 BLACK". I am showing JORDAN 13 PURPLE. It was not the "AUTHENTICITY" that failed. The "AUTHENTICATOR" is saying they are used and not telling me why. So what you wrote is wrong.
This is the response from the "AUTHENTICATOR":
Authenticator's notes
I verified that your item is authentic. However, the item's condition doesn't match the listing description. Issues found during inspection include:I verified that your item is authentic. However, the item's condition doesn't match the listing description. Issues found during inspection include:
What does "MORE WORN THAT STATED/SHOWN WITHIN THE LISTING" MEAN? They were NEVER WORN and NEVER USED. This tells me nothing of why the "AUTHENTICATOR" thought they were used. Maybe he tried them on and made them dirty?
