My purchased item has disappeared
I purchased a xerox copier and I need to contact the seller. The item has completely disappeared and I cannot find the transaction at all. It' s like it NEVER HAPPENED!
What can I do now??

You may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest and need to be Logged OUT of your eBay account to do anything with that transaction. Below is some of what we share with Buyers:
Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

OP3 days agowell, I never received an email fro ebay. I only received a receipt from PayPal, which shows that I paid ebay. I had NO tracking emails like I would usually get from a purchase. This is so very weird.

Mentor3 days agoIf you purchased using a different eBay account, the email may have gone to a different address.
If you purchased as a guest, you should be able to generate a new email here:

Be sure to sign out of your existing eBay account to use the order details link from the guest order email.
