My Purchase Went MIA
I just tried to buy a lenovo laptop. I checked out using paypal but after i submitted for payment, I was given an error saying to check my paypal account. I did and paypal has charged me for the laptop and my Chase account shows it has charged me twice. The item doesn’t even register as purchased on ebay and I can’t email anyone for support.

You may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest. You are still protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee but the transaction cannot be merged with your account and you cannot leave Feedback on it either: Buying as a guest | eBay

OP1 year agoI really don’t think so because If i wasn’t logged into my account my payment info would have never loaded in the first place. i never had to manually input anything. It just errored me out after hitting the complete payment. hopefully it will refund in a few days because it actually sold to someone else.

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
One of the charges should be pending, as it is made to determine if the card is valid. It will drop off eventually. The second charge is the actual charge to your credit card.

OP1 year agoThanks i’ll give it a shot. i just don’t know why it would go through if there was an error and for ebay to not even register it. i contacted the seller though he said it sold, presumably to a username not mine.
