my purchase is out for delivery in the wrong state
I live in Maine and purchased some tea from a merchant inChina. USPS says my package is out for delivery in Canton, Michigan, but I live in Maine. I do not have a USPS tracking number, only the Huahan Logistics tracking number which was assigned it in China. my post office says it cannot help without a USPS tracking number. What can I do?

You can find the finak mile carrier for Hua Han shipments, If the official HuaHan site does not show updates, enter the number into 17TRACK or AfterShip to auto-detect the last-mile carrier, such as USPS Tracking.
Before you do that take and save a screen shot, of the tracking you have showing delivery to Canton Mi. You may need it if you file an item not received dispute, which will likely get turned down at first because of the automated system. When you appeal that's when you can add the screen shot of the tracking info, and ask the rep to compare the delivered zip code to yours.

OP2 weeks agoYes, the last-mile carrier is USPS, but I do not have the USPS tracking number for the package, only the Huahan Logistics number. The USPS tracking number is usually assigned once it clears US customs, but much of the time that tracking number is not forwarded to me. In this case I do not have the USPS tracking number, my local post office says they cannot look it up without the tracking number. They Huahan Logistics scan number would not work with the local post office.
