My purchase hasn't ship yet
Hi i bought princess and the pauper Erika and the seller hasn't shipped yet and didn't respond my messages I don't know what to do!

There is nothing you can do until the item is late.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

You will see the estimated delivery date in your purchase history. If you bought it 8 days ago, the delivery date can't be too far away, but you must wait until then to ask for a refund.
