My purchase didn’t arrive and I would like to receive my money back. I try different ways to contact
It is difficult to contact eBay customer service. I don’t want to have a deal with eBay in the future. eBay promised money back guarantee but how to get them?

With the eBay Money Back Guarantee, there is an online process to open a case when tracking shows the item has not been received.
If you go to the Order Details for this transaction, you should see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. The Seller is required to respond with either a valid tracking number showing it's in transit or a full refund.
If the Seller doesn't respond, on day four go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
But you need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process.

You will need to go to your Purchase History and find that transaction. Then you need to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
All that needs to be done on the eBay site.
