My purchase, a printer drum was promoted as open box but with a 100% guarantee.
After a couple months virtually unused my printer alerted me to "replace drum". Drums can last years so how good is a guarantee that is only 30 days for a product like this? Why can a seller misrepresent his guarantee for a defective product?
