That does not appear to be an eBay transaction number.
Did you purchase the item on ebay.com? Does the item appear in your Purchase History?

Mentor11 months agoeBay Commerce is just a name that eBay uses when they process payments. There is no way for us to see any item with a transaction number. We would need the Item Number from the listing to see the item and give any advise.
