My purchase..
Hello everyone, I am new to eBay and would like to ask a question. I have purchased 7 items over the last week. All items I have ordered say shipped by the next day. Except one of course. It’s been 6 days since I’ve paid for my item. The item still hasn’t been shipped. The sellers page says items will ship 0 days from purchase. Of course this is an expensive item. (For me) I can’t cancel my order. It won’t let me. I’ve contacted the seller and the response I got was short and a little concerning. No explanation was give as to why my item wasn’t shipped … seller saidâ€I’ll send it tomorrow†if the seller doesn’t send it tomorrow what can I do??? Thank you for your time !

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP2 years agoThank you for taking the time to help me out! I Thoroughly checked my purchase information and no shipping estimated date is given. The item I purchased was purchased on April 9. Shipping service says economy SDS courier.
