My product price is different to the customers purchase price

My product listed price was USD 78 but the customer purchased it at USD 65 , is this possible.

You are based in the UK but the item sold for $ 65 is located in Sri Lanka ... are you SURE you aren't seeing the difference between UK price and US price since THIS is the US site not UK? The site's domain dictates the currency displayed.

If you log into the Canadian site you will see their currency, likewise for Australia ...

If you are drop shipping be careful, you are only as good as your weakest link and if they don't pack well, ship on time, etc. YOU are the one to pay the price.
