My product appears as not delivered

The buyer opened a case? Was the item delivered today? Maybe it just hasn't updated for eBay yet.

It has not arrived at your buyer's location, or it would say delivered. Have you looked at the tracking information at the USPS site for more info? In the end, the seller is responsible for making sure the item is delivered.

Yes, I looked at the USPS site for detailed information and saw that the item had arrived, but when I added the tracking number to Ebay, nothing seems to have happened.
