my phone number got hacked and i cant login, i need help
my phone number got hacked, i dont have access to it and ebay is asking for my login, this is my alt account, not main account, and i have money on there

What happens when you try to sign in to your other eBay account, exactly?
If you mean that someone changed the phone number associated with your eBay account and also changed your eBay password so you cannot sign in or reset your password, see here:
