Hello,
I received a message stating that my personal information needs to be updated. I have uploaded my ID three times and my driver’s license three times, both in PDF and JPEG formats separately, but none of them were accepted. There is no issue with the quality of the photos, and the information matches the details I provided when opening the account. My account will be restricted tomorrow, and I am unable to reach a live customer service representative. Please help me.
