My payouts have been on hold for weeks
I’m a newer eBay seller shipping mostly sports cards through eBay Standard Envelope. My payouts are currently on hold because eBay says my orders need to be confirmed as delivered.
I’ve contacted support, and they told me the payouts should go through once the deliveries are reported as delivered. The problem is that many of the orders are not updating to “Delivered,” even though I’ve had buyers message me confirming they received their cards.
I’m buying the labels directly through eBay and the tracking is automatically attached. Has anyone else had this issue with eBay Standard Envelope, and is there anything I can do to get the delivered status updated?
I've had this issue for almost a month and eBay won' t let me speak to a real person.
