I would check the Issue Resolution Center in your Seller Hub for messages or instructions. I would also check your email connected to your eBay account for eBay messages, including the spam folder.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. ( do not add anymore details)

After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.

You may have to repeat the last two steps.
