Mentor3 weeks ago@devodee1953 Do you mean that your billed more for the shipping label than expected? What were the dimensions? That looks like a large backpack.
There are dimensional weight surcharges when the package is over 1 cubic foot.
Did you enter the correct dimensions and weight on the listing? The shipping price on the listing looks way too low.

OP3 weeks agoI was able to contact a real person and he is sending screenshots to USPS to see what happened.

If so, need more details of how you shipped and the weight, dimensions, and to/from Zip Codes.
