My payout
Ok I sold something on eBay for $319.00 I paid 46.82 final value fee + 0.40 final value fee making my total fees 46.82 +16.40 for shipping I should have $255.78 but eBay says my total funds is $214.82 I’m not understanding this can someone explain thanks

One correction/clarification first:
you say "I paid 46.82 final value fee + 0.40 final value fee making my total fees 46.82."
Your math isn't mathing there. $46.82 + 0.40 = $47.22.
eBay's Final Value Fee (FVF) percentage is applied to the total amount paid by the buyer.
Buyers generally pay the cost of the item ($319) + a delivery cost ($0.00: free, per your listing) + sales taxes at the rate in effect at the zip code of the delivery address.
Your post did not mention how much your buyer paid in sales taxes.
Your post also did not mention whether you chose to use one of eBay's Promoted Listing Services.
When you agree to use an eBay Promoted Listing option, you decide how much money eBay will get to keep from your sale(s).
