If you checked out as a guest, your purchase would have no connection to your user ID and won't show in your Purchase History. The seller won't recognize the order under your registered ID. The seller will see it uner a one-time guest ID.
If you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to contact the seller (I believe you may be able to send a message, but the seller will not receive it). Rely on the email confirmations you receive.

Thank you. I'm not a guest. Seller and I have been communicating .
I showed her a screenshot of my bank statement showing the sale, but she says she doesn't see it on her account.
I kind of told her at this point it's a problem between her and eBay.
Hoping she ships my purchase!
Hi @lafncro
Really sorry that happened and if the Seller does not ship then the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
