My package was returned to me
I sent the package and it was not delivered and was returned to me. UPS will not refund the shipping cost and wants me to purchase another label. The original shipping label was $85 for a $300 item. I cannot afford to purchase another label and get ripped off again from UPS.

You do not need to reship the item without payment.
Cancel the sale for 'problem with buyer's address' and refund the Sales price, but not the shipping.
If you can't cancel the sale and issue this partial refund, let me know.
Relist the item, and if the buyer still wants it, they can pay the price + new shipping and use a correct address at checkout.
