My package was not delivered and I cannot report it
Summary: josephreyes227 expressed frustration over being unable to report a missing item that was deleted from their account. They encounter an error each time they attempt to contact support, regardless of the device used.
I can’t report the item hasn’t arrived because when I try to report it, I get this error because the item was deleted for some reason i don’t know. And I get that error every time I try to contact support in any device.
