My package I ordered (buyer) says it was delivered,towrong area code,and I didn’t receive it
Seller never responded,and EBay closed the case.So no item I paid for,and no refund or resolution offered.

·3 years agoGet a letter from the carrier stating that the package with that tracking number was not delivered to your address, but another zip code, then use it to appeal the case.
