My package
It's been about a month since I made the purchase, and the package still hasn't shown up. What's frustrating is that I bought the pair of shoes for my mom. I thought I was creating an account because eBay had me enter my email, Turns out, I didn't, and I ended up making the purchase as a guest. I didn't think it would be a big deal at the time, but now I'm regretting it. I've tried multiple times to contact the seller to figure out what's going on with the order, but I haven't been able to get in touch with them. And to make matters even worse, my guest account got suspended for some reason, and I never received my money back for the shoes. I even tried to make eBay step in and get my refund but it was denied. It's been a total headache. All I did was buy a pair of shoes. What should I do?
