my original selling site needs to be updated
My site was lost some how so I opened a new one to continue selling. I want my old one back Please tell me what can be done to retrieve it

When was the last time you signed in to your other eBay account? What happens when you try to sign in now?

OP10 months agoLast time I used my account was around Febuary 2024. My computer wasn't working correctly. I bought a new computer but I still couldn't access my account site. In order to keep selling I opened a new account. Problem being, I could not access my 800 positive feedbacks on new account. I want them back I want my original selling site back. I think I have tried everything with no luck at all. I did manage to see my old feedback so I downloaded it but it still doesn't show on my changed site. I try hard to maintain my positive feedback and now I have nothing to show for myself. My phone number is different and possibly my email. Please help me or I can't go on like this anymore.

Two eBay accounts cannot be combined, but if you know your old eBay username you might still be able to sign in to that account.
What happens when you sign out of this account and try to sign in to the other account, or if you try signing in using a different browser or a private or incognito browser window?

OP10 months agoI have tried but can't recall the password. What do you mean by signing into another browser. I made the account as close to my original as I could not trying to combine 2 different sites. I have managed to find my feedback from "Lifeisjustafantasy" I downloaded the 800 positive feedbacks and I so badly want it back. I also had a 2nd site Timemachinetreasures that I can't find. This all happened when I had to purchase a new computer.

Try signing in to each of those accounts using a separate browser or in a private or incognito browser window. If you are using Chrome, try using Firefox or Edge or Opera or Brave. If you use separate browsers for each account you can stay signed in without having to juggle accounts by signing out of one to sign in to another, as long as you have sole access to your computer.
If you do not know the password, you may be able to reset the password provided your contact information for the account is up-to-date. Try using the "reset your password" link if your email is up to date, or the "text me a code" if your phone number is up to date.
