My organization cannot receive ebay calls and will autoblock them. How can I reach a human?
I cannot receive ebay's calls, the only apparent option for talking to a rep. I once got through to a human specialist, but he ended the call as I took to long on an answer and I could not get back (I am at a desk where I must greet human visitors). How can I reach a human who can help with this issue: for many years our organization's account was tax exempt. Earlier this year our tax exemption lapsed for some reason and was not honored. I have submitted our IRS and state forms to ebay, and our tax exemption is still not honored. I cannot order for my organization ( a university) unless our account is tax exempt. Over the summer as time allowed I attempted to follow up with eBay. When I was able to reach reps, they could see my uploaded files but could not actually make my account tax exempt. I am in some kind of system queue. I'm trying to get our tax exeption reinstated so I can continue to order from ebay, as some scientists I order for cannot find discontinued items anywhere else. My account name is sabassabas, my email is [Removed by Moderator]. Please help.

Mentor10 months agoIf your University is auto blocking calls from eBay you will need to contact eBay through their presence on social media. You can contact them on Facebook or "X".
You can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. Your message should contain your full name, user ID and a brief explanation of your problem. You can use Twitter (x.com/askebay) or Facebook (facebook.com/ebay). eBay will verify your account prior to getting back to you so this is not a quick process.
