My order was late ! It took them 16 days to get me my order.

Question

It did not come until 10/6/25 when it was ordered on 9/21/25 ! I will no longer be using E-Bay for anything that I need. Only when I advised them that my purchase was for a service animal did they address it. Very Disappointed in the co. and E-bay.

This was not Ebay's fault. Sellers are responsible for shipping issues. Did you receive the item by/on the estimated date of delivery that was shown in the order details?

Iâ€™m very sorry to hear your service animal didnâ€™t receive their item on time. Did the seller ship the item later than they said they would â€¦ OR did the shipping company take longer than expected to deliver it?

I hope this one transaction won't turn you off on ebay. Most sellers do ship within their handling time, as we are reviewed on the 20th of each month. If that seller continues to ship late, s/he will soon find restrictions on his/her account.
