My order was delivered to the wrong house
I ordered one box fan from three different vendors. They never arrived. I contacted each vendor and they told me that FedEx did make the delivery. I went to the FedEx website and found a picture of where the individual items were delivered. It is not my house. I sent messages to each vendor and attached the picture where FedEx said the delivery was made and told the vendor this is not my house. After much communication back and forth two of the vendors refunded my mind. I then filed an appeal with eBay. A representative from eBay sent me an email saying that she had reviewed the situation and I was going to be giving a refund for the third order. The refund has not happened. I tried to respond to the email she sent telling me this and the email won't go through. All I'm doing is asking to be treated fairly. If I can't get this resolved pretty soon and I have made my last purchase through eBay. Has anyone else had an experience like this? And if so what did you do to get it handled?
