My order was cancelled by the buyer but said I requested the cancellation.
I recently received an offer for an item that I added to my watchlist. The seller marked the item at 95% off so I purchased it. Within 2 hours I received a message that he had cancelled my order bc of a pricing mistake. I noticed when he cancelled my order, the reason was “buyer requested cancellationâ€. Should I push the issue or just let it go? Can’t seem to contact eBay for any kind of help.
Thanks

If this is a rare occurrence I would let it go, if the Seller has a low Feedback count or are an infrequent Seller they may have simply made a mistake. They used a reason to cancel that was untruthful but will not give their account a strike like the Out-of-stock reason does.
At the end of the day the choice is yours. You can still leave Feedback if memory serves on a cancelled purchase but less than Positive Feedback also reflects on you as well.
Very sorry it happened but 95% off any item sounds too good to be true ... in this case you found out it wasn't true.
