My order section as a seller

Question

Hello eBay community. Have a question. I see that my account shows I have an order but it is an item I shipped out in December and it shows delivered and I got my funds for it. I can’t find a way to clear it from orders. I keep thinking maybe I got another purchase and when I go over there it’s the same item. Any ideas of how to clear that old transaction?

@lanoche If you still have the tracking number -- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number) - Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold - From More actions, select Add tracking number. - Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier. - Select Submit. If you don't have the tracking number You should mark them as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
