My Order number: 18-11167-43399
The order was returned to the seller. I was giving a new address when I made the order. After returning the package, I wrote my new address to the seller too. Finally: I paid for the re-delivery of $40 to the seller. The seller sent my order again yesterday. But for some reason the package goes on its way again.
Now I'm desperate. The parcel can be returned again. Please tell me: what do I need to do to prevent the package from being sent back to the seller a second time?
