My order lost? Hong kong
I was a bit sketchy when I realized I was shipping to a military base, but address checked out and everything went fine . 2 weeks later I get a Update request from buyer saying product has not arrived. Now the tracking is showing Honk Kong after leaving Chicago, odd Miltary base was showing Florida region. I sent USPS to get additional help but was just wondering did i just lose my package and now I have to refund? New to selling have 100% delivery rate with 100% rating , but have a feeling that is all going to change now, please advise any info to get my resolutions please and thank you.

Ebay wants you to refund within 3 business days. After that the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund. You'll risk a nasty defect.
Meanwhile you can file a claim with the USPS if they can't find your package.
