My Order Is UNDELIVERABLE
I got a text from USPS saying that they are unable to deliver my package because it doesn't have a zip code. It said that I need to click on the link and fill out the form. It basically was asking for the delivery address. After I click on submit another page opened up telling me that I have to pay $3.00 to get the delivery and wanted my credit card. I did not do that and backed out of the page. I have sent the seller 3 messages saying that I need their help with this delivery. It's a Christmas present. They are not responded. I don't know what to do? If I get PayPal involved I lose eBay to step in. The message says that eBay will step in after a few days after the promised delivery date. I am so disappointed because it was a Christmas gift. Any idea what I should do?

Think about it how would USPS have your phone number?
I get this type of messages sometimes so do all of my friends.
Did you check the tracking number and see what it shows as far as movement on the USPS site. This message has nothing to do with you at all. The package should still arrive by the last estimated delivery date.
Of course postal delays can happen this time of year and are outside of the sellers control
