my order has shipped to someone else

Question

I received an email stating that my item was shipped to "Conny" and I have NO CLUE who "Conny" is or where she lives in which to retrieve my item and each time i email a request for help it goes unanswered. Please advise how i can handle this matter, thank you. I'm at a loss on how to reach anyone at EBay as it's all automated and there's no one to talk with.............it's very frustrating

Did you make the purchase as a guest or through this account? Were you provided with a tracking number and if you were what shipping agency did the seller use? If you bought through this account the tracking information should be posted in your purchase history and there should be a Track package button there.
