My order doesn’t show under placed orders

Question

I placed an order and took a screenshot immediately following the purchase. It shows underneath my eBay account email address in the screenshot. When I go into my purchased items, it does not show. The item does not meet what the description said. How do I get this return for a refund?

Is it possible you purchased using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account, check your Purchase History carefully to see that you are searching the correct date range, and check different categories including "Hidden" and "Returns & Canceled" to see if the transaction appears there.
