My order disappeared
I ordered something and the money was taken out of my account and now it’s not showing that I ordered anything. Money is still gone. It should have been here by now. I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to figure out what happened.

Mentor8 months agoIt sounds like you made the purchase as a guest. Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase on your account. Yo0u need to find the confirmation email you received for the purchase. The email will have special log in instructions that apply to this purchase. When you log in that way you will see the purchase and be able to open any case or request you need to.
