On a regular basis we see Customers inadvertently purchase as a Guest. If that happened you can check it through links on this Hel Page that covers Buying as a Guest: Buying as a guest | eBay
You are still covered by eBay's MBG but the transaction cannot be merged with an eBay account and you cannot leave Feedback on it either.
