My order arrived crushed, and now I can’t get a hold of anyone at eBay
My order arrived crushed and the liquid had all leaked into the packing. However, when I try to start a return eBay cannot find my order number. I am unable to contact the seller either. So I keep going around eBay‘s app in circles trying to figure out how to get a message to someone. Anyone have any suggestions?

You inadvertently purchased as a Guest but are still protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This Help page will lend assistance for returning the item or filing a claim as a Guest buyer: Buying as a guest | eBay
Be sure to log OUT of your account when processing anything on a Guest purchase, those cannot be merged with accounts nor can you leave Feedback on them.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
