I’m trying to find out about my order. The seller isn’t responding

MentorSep 13, 2026 at 6:31 PMIf the order is overdue, go to your purchase history and select the item. Under more actions, select I haven't recieved it.

If you go to the Order Details for this transaction, that should show the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. In the meantime, if you go to that listing, there should be a statement about the Seller's handling time. The average is three, business days. eBay does not count Saturdays or Sundays as shipping days. So if you bought the item on a Friday, for example, the Seller would have until Wednesday to ship.
I would give the Seller more time to respond and I would check the Order Details.
