My old company name is a appearing in my ship from address label when I print it. Changing it?
My old company name is a appearing in my ship from address label when I print it. How do I change it to m y new company name? I looked at all of the account addresses and none of them show a company name (old or new). And there is not any place where it looks like I can add a company name. What do I do? Thanks!

OP3 years agoCorrect. My old company name does not appear there. My old company name only appears on the shipping label, with apparent place available to change it. Thanks.

Mentor3 years agoIf you have an individual (personal) account, then there should be no business name to show, only your personal name will be on your account. Otherwise, there is a separate place on the business profile for your business name that is separate from your personal name.
Are you sure you do not have a business account. Go check just to make sure as it is the only place the business name to be entered and edited.
