Question

My old address is on the shipping label I purchased from EBay. I tried contacting them all day yesterday. Is there a number that I can call to speak to a representative? Can I place a shipping label over the wrong address with correct address?

Update your ship from address, and other addresses here - https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

With so much of the data imbedded in the tracking #, you should cancel the label and then buy a new one after correcting your address. The refund takes about 21 days.

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
