I made an offer on a product that expired at 19:30 GMT, then at 23:00 GMT the seller accepted the offer and I was automatically charged Â£450. By this point I'd bought another identical item so I no longer needed the original item. To me the seller should not have been able to accept the offer after it had expired. The seller won't cancel the order because he is being asked to pay the selling fees
