My newly listed items are not showing up on the "newly listed" search
I am a seller on Ebay Motors and to keep my items fresh every 30 days I cancel my items and then list them under similar item so they will show up in the "newly listed" search. Recently (last 2 or 3 weeks) about one out of every 3 or 4 items are not showing up in the "newly Listed" search. They are listed on eBay and the date listed is correct but they do not show up in the "newly Listed" search.
I scan eBay every day to see what is new in certain category's and I noticed the number of newly listed items is much smaller than usual so I am assuming this is a wide spread issue not just my personal listings.
Has anyone else noticed this or had a problem?
I can't find a way to contact eBay with this question so maybe this message will get eBays attention. Or if someone can tell me how to contact eBay directly i would appreciate it.
