My new phone was sold to me with expired warranty
My brand new phone purchased in Jan 2025 is playing up. I've tried to get it repaired by the manufacturer but they have said the warranty expired in Sept 2024. The seller has sold this device as brand new and sealed with me assuming this would mean it comes with 12 months warranty
