My new listing/draft not allowing me to upload previously created return policy

Question

I have created a return policy that previously uploaded successfully into other listings. This is a new listing and will not let me find the return policy to upload. If I click on the three dots it says "create return policy."

@bebr_6286 It sounds like you may have deleted that old policy. Create a new policy You can create and manage your policies here https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage
