I suspect eBay is not allowing it to be viewed until they pass judgment on whether or not it violates the Firearms and accessories policy: Firearms and accessories policy | eBay

Mentor1 year agoIt can take up to 48 hours for a new listing to index and become visible. This would also happen if you made changes to an existing listing. There is no way to speed this process up.
