My negative feedback for a seller was deleted off ebay!
I left a negative feedback for my seller on item https://www.ebay.com/itm/173800493211 . They sent me spoiled product with the expiration date scratched off each of the 6 'not for resale' sample boxes. When I left my negative feedback, I saw that the seller had a nearly identical negative feedback from another buyer. Now they have 100% perfect feedback over the past 12 months since both were deleted. I left my feedback to warn other buyers, since this was clearly intentional and I am not comfortable with such dirty sales tactics. Is there any way to reach a human being at ebay for support to find out why my feedback was removed and how to maybe get it reinstated? I no longer have the option to leave another feedback for the seller since I already left the first one.
